Our services towards our customers do not end when they their salescontract, but extend to excellent aftersales services. After purchasing an apartment, villa or plot at Home Catcher, you can benefit from our Home Service Package. This package includes the following services:
- Managing of documents related to legal aspects, for example the change of owner of the water and electricity bills. Other examples are your annual tax declaration, insurance payment and monthly property fee.
- Realising a telephone and internet connection so you can stay in touch with family abroad.
- Help in order to find professionals to apply modifications in your new villa or apartment. Examples are an architect to renovate the interior, an electrician to change the places of sockets, or a plumber for plumbing works.
- Help with amenities in the area: where to buy your furniture, how to get a sharp price for white goods and where to find the best colleges in town for your kids.
- Regular inspection and airing of your property. If we encounter any problem during these inspections, we will immediately inform you about this and discuss further steps. The electricians, carpenters, plumbers and other craftsmen we work with are reliable and undertake almost every job.
- Payment of electric, water, telephone, internet and other regular bills.
- Advice and assistance arranging your insurance agreement and contacting your insurance company for possible declarations later on.
- Checking your mail and archiving it for you.
- Bringing you in touch with a repairman if anything in your home needs repair, and carrying out the repair at times when you are not in Turkey.
- 24-hours emergency backup for medical assistance and hospital visits.
- Arranging the cleaning and preparation of your second home for your arrival.
- Other services upon request, such as arranging airport pickup and car rental.
We deliver these aftersales services for a fixed price per month. Costs that occur arranging these services are for the property owner’s expense. This includes hour rates of craftsmen, used materials, transportation costs and others. You are informed about all costs and you will be able to track your payments online.
