5 tips when considering building property in Turkey

In the municipality of Mahmutlar a building can count more than 10 floors. The minimum plot sizes also limit how much you can build on a given building plot. This prevents overcrowding buildings. If you want to build on a plot, we will check whether you require a building licence and/or planning permission. And if the plot is suitably classified so you have permission to build there in the first place. Some developers turn a blind eye and hope to get away with it, so be sure to start your building process legally and decent.
